Daniel Georgiev was 24 years old when he came to Haltern am See. Born and raised in the Czech Republic, he also trained as a chef there, gained experience in various restaurants and met his wife Petra, who has been running the Ratsstuben restaurant in Haltern am See with him since 2002, which was awarded a star by GUIDE MICHELIN.
